I have projects that I develop on order when clients approach me, and then there’s stuff I, let’s say, sketch for fun. But it’s still great projects that can fit different properties. In theory I could sell them too?

Or they could be part of your portfolio, which is also really cool. Selling them though, that’s questionable. Isn’t it too much work to recalc and fit everything to a new space?

I also think that projects you basically make for yourself, for practice and skill-building, can perfectly complement your portfolio and show what else you can do and offer. If you take it seriously, I recommend reaching out to genense https://www.genense.com/services/3d-interior-visualization/. Working with them, you can make really awesome, high-quality 3D visualizations, and that always helps with sales.
